The Google Nexus 10 2 is rumored to have some design improvements. Nexus 10 may feature a 8.9mm frame to reduce the size and weight of the tablet. Speculation is ensuing regarding a possible MicroSD slot. However, Nexus designs are infamous for there refusal to include the expandable storage option.
As Nexus 7 2 came LTE-enabled, Nexus 10 2 is also expected to support LTE cellular network support.
Rumor has it that the Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie will also support Google Nexus 5, LG Nexus 4, ASUS Nexus 7, Nexus 7 2 and the imminent Nexus 10 2 upon its release date. Reports suggest that Android 5.0 may also reach the Samsung collection including Galaxy S4, S3, Note 2, Note 10.1, and also Xperia z, SP, V, and Tablet Z. HTC J and HTC T6 are also part of the qualifying list, International Business Times reports.
IBT goes on to explain that Android 5.0 is also likely to include Linux 3.8 kernel allowing optimization for support on devices with 512 RAM. An improved multiple device support is expected, along with an enhanced integration of social networking, and cross-device SMS syncing on Google cloud services.
